Anton Gottlob, Photographer, New York

About

A portrait captured by photographer Anton Gottlob featuring a pregnant woman standing behind a blue pool table. She wears a matching blue ribbed knit top and skirt, layered silver necklaces, and hoop earrings. Her long dark hair flows down past her shoulders as she gazes towards the camera with a neutral expression. The background consists of a heavily weathered, peeling wall adorned with a Diego Maradona banner and small decorative flags. The lighting is direct and flashes harshly, creating a candid, snapshot aesthetic typical of documentary-style portraiture.
