Description
This vertical watercolor illustration by Paris-based illustrator Antoine Cossé presents a moody, atmospheric scene of a dog's head peering out from an opening in a dense dark hedge. Above the rolling dark landscape, bare branches of trees stretch upward against a gradient twilight sky transitioning from soft orange at the horizon to pale blue above. A small car sits parked at the base of the hedge in the lower foreground, rendered with muted tones. The painted textures show visible watercolor washes and paper grain, giving the work a hand-crafted artistic quality.
