Meta Amani 2022

Description

This documentary video project titled Amani, produced for Meta with sound design by Barking Owl, explores the inspiring stories of cyclists across East Africa. The visual narrative blends contemporary full-color drone footage of riders navigating rural dirt roads and river bridges with vintage black and white archival clips. The cinematography alternates between dynamic high-angle aerial tracking, close-up cycling shots, and retro-styled arcade graphic elements. The dynamic pacing captures both the athletic drive of the cyclists and the rich cultural fabric of the region.
