Description

This photograph by Amanda Fordyce captures a group of young people playing basketball on an open-air sports deck during sunset. The low sun creates a strong lens flare and dramatic long shadows stretching across the playing surface. Several individuals are actively engaged in the game, wearing casual athletic attire, while others sit on benches in the background watching. The multi-level structure features an intricate framework of metal beams and safety netting against a bright sky. The composition emphasizes motion and recreational activity in an elevated outdoor setting.
