About

This digital illustration by London-based illustrator Alexandra Wong depicts a serene nocturnal scene featuring a woman waist-deep in water amongst blooming lotus plants and floating lily pads. The composition is rendered in a stylized palette of cool teals, purples, and soft pinks under a crescent moonlit sky. The woman gently reaches toward an open oyster shell resting on the water's surface, revealing a glowing pearl inside. A small crab sits atop a nearby lily pad in the lower foreground. The artwork employs clean graphic lines and a smooth digital finish with subtle textural gradients representing evening light reflecting on the calm water.
