Alexa Singer, Photographer, London

Description

Captured in natural daylight by photographer Alexa Singer, this outdoor street scene features a smiling black woman carrying a large, wide metal basin heaped with fresh green and orange mangoes balanced on her head. She wears a patterned blue and purple top and a beaded necklace, looking directly toward the camera with a joyful expression. In the background, a dusty road stretches through an urban area with parked cars, an auto-rickshaw, a motorcyclist in motion, and simple buildings under bright sunlight.
