Description

An overhead food photograph captured by Alex Lau features a hand dipping a piece of flatbread into a large white ceramic bowl filled with rich, vibrant red chicken tikka masala. Swirls of white cream and fresh green cilantro leaves garnish the savory dish. The bowl rests on a round wooden cutting board atop a wooden table surface. In the background, a small white plate holds white rice mixed with green peas, and another plate holds additional flatbread pieces.
