Alessandro Mensi, Set Designer, Paris

Description

This interior set design by Alessandro Mensi features a grey Italian greyhound dog captured mid-leap off a large mustard velvet sofa. The sofa is positioned centrally against a plain white wall atop a matching golden rug and reddish-brown parquet flooring. Flanking the scene are two white paneled doors, with a slim modern floor lamp standing on the left and a framed mixed-media artwork hanging above the sofa. The lighting is direct and creates sharp shadows on the wall behind the sofa and lamp.
