About

This vertical portrait features a close-up view of a person with closed eyes, illuminated by vibrant blue lighting against a deep dark background. The subject is wearing a blue headscarf, with light highlighting facial contours, brow, and nose bridge. The low-key lighting creates strong contrast, casting deep shadows across the composition. Captured by photographer Alain Pottier, the image emphasizes texture and dramatic tone.
