Abhishek Gambhir, Photographer, Melbourne

Description

This portrait photograph by Melbourne-based photographer Abhishek Gambhir captures an interior scene inside a brightly painted green shop. Two south asian men wearing white tank tops are seated, one on the left foreground perched on a marble counter and the other on the right. Between them stands a central figure facing away from the camera, wearing a vibrant pink top with long white fringes and a curved white accessory draped over the back. The background features hand-lettered signage mentioning dry fruits and miscellaneous goods against the painted green walls, with a ceiling fan spinning overhead. The ambient lighting illuminates the candid interior setting.
