Description

This black and white video piece features acclaimed actor Willem Dafoe in a series of expressive, dramatic studio performances for A Rabbit's Foot Issue 16. The visual narrative captures intimate close-ups as well as wider frames where Dafoe interacts with simple props, including a lit candle and a desk in a seamless studio environment. High-contrast monochromatic grading accentuates facial textures and theatrical lighting choices, creating a moody and atmospheric tone throughout the sequence. Post-production and visual effects work was handled by Arthur Paux, with production by DIVISION US. The video presents a striking study in movement and emotion.
