Description

Animated street scene shows pieces of plastic waste transforming in the air. The animation shows a street lined with buildings at sunrise, with the sun low on the horizon at the end of the street. Buildings flank both sides of the road. Initially, a single piece of animated plastic garbage floats in the foreground, drifting towards the camera. As the garbage floats upwards, it morphs into a mass that fades into the background.
